Product Description

MNS low voltage switchgear is designed and developed base on imported switchgear. This products is applicable to system of rated working voltage 660V, AC50 (60)50Hz for power generating, transporting, distributing, transferring and power consumption equipment controlling. Expecting for the general handling, it also can applicable to Offshore drilling platform and Nuclear Power Station. It confirm with state standard GB7251.1< low voltage switchgear and control equipment>, JB/T9661 and international standard IEC439. This device can be assembled to be different enclosure structure and drawer unit, adopting high intensity fire resistant engineering plastic components. It enhances protection function. Drawer unit is small volume, strong function, high changeability, easy maintain and reliable contacting, etc characters.

2. Structure instruction:
Structure of cabinet basic enclosure is C section bar type. All the components of enclosure are made of aluminium coated zinc plate or zinc coating plate, which are formed to be a enclosure by 8.8self tapping screw. Then according to different project, add door, seal plate, partition plate, bracket, busbar, function unit, etc parts, to form an complete device. In the device, components dimension, compartment dimension using modulus( Stand modulus is E=20mm). Cabinet can use back out going wire method, but main busbar must be on top of cabinet. Vertical channel adopt half piece of function plate type, which is easy maintain and width of cabinet is 600. Cabinet protection grade is IP3X-4X.

3. Drawer type:
It has four dimension series: 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E, 24E and all series' height is 8E(200mm).

8E/4: In 8E(200mm) height space, install 4 PCS drawer units.
8E/2: In 8E(200mm) height space, install 2 PCS drawer units.
8E: In 8E(200mm) height space, install 1 PCS drawer units.
16E: In 16E(400mm) height space, install 1 PCS drawer units.
24E: In 24E(600mm) height space, install 1 PCS drawer units.

Rated current of unit circuit is 400A or below. In which 8E/4 and 8E/2 drawer structure is made of fire resistant plastic and aluminium alloy section bar. These four series drawer unit can use one series in one cabinet or mix assembled in one cabinet. Function unit compartment total height is 72E(1800mm).
